Through a complex web of cons and deceit, Richard Jones aka "Dick" offers to set-up a notorious Asian drug lord to the Canadian Mounties. Because of his cooperation with the authorities Dick ends up in the Witness Protection Program, where he commits murder. The Mounties get a lot more than just egg on their collective faces. Based on a true story.
